Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Kinetic Anvil ("we") handles information submitted through kineticpartners.org/api, including the Request Access form. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

• Request Access submissions: name, email, organization, and the description of your matter or use case that you choose to share.
• Operational data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, user agent) used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To evaluate your access request and respond to you.
• To provision and operate your account if access is granted.
• To protect the service (rate limiting, abuse and spam prevention).

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run this site and deliver email, acting on our instructions.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered directly to Kinetic Anvil at an @kineticpartners.org address and stored in systems we control. Case details you share are treated as confidential and accessed only by personnel evaluating your request.

Retention

If access is not granted, we retain your submission for up to 12 months for security and record-keeping, then delete it. If access is granted, information is retained for the life of the engagement and as required by law.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to privacy@kineticpartners.org. We respond within 30 days.
