Terms of Use
These terms govern use of kineticpartners.org and the materials published on it, including the protocol documentation at docs.kineticanvil.com. Access to the Kinetic Anvil itself is granted under a separate written agreement when an organization is onboarded.
The site
- Content on this site is provided for evaluation of Kinetic Anvil's services and does not constitute legal advice.
- You may not probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or API. Security research is welcome through the contact in our security.txt.
- All content, marks, and documentation are the property of Kinetic Anvil. You may reference the public API documentation for the purpose of evaluating or building against the protocol.
Access requests
Submitting a Request Access form does not create an engagement, an attorney-client relationship, or any obligation on either side. Access is granted at our discretion following review, and is governed by the agreement executed at onboarding.
No warranties
The site and documentation are provided "as is." Until an agreement is executed, we make no warranties and accept no liability arising from use of this site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes to executed agreements are handled under those agreements, not this page.
