These terms govern use of kineticanvil.com and the materials published on it, including the protocol documentation at docs.kineticanvil.com. Sandbox access is provided for evaluation. Production access and services require a separate written agreement.

The site

Content on this site is provided for evaluation of Kinetic Anvil's services and does not constitute legal advice.
You may not probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or API. Security research is welcome through the contact in our security.txt.
You may reference public API documentation to evaluate or build against the protocol. Source SDK code is separately available under Apache-2.0. The API server and execution runners are proprietary.

Contact and access

Submitting a contact form or generating a sandbox key does not create an engagement, an attorney-client relationship, or any obligation on either side. Production access and services are governed by a separate written agreement.

No warranties

The site and documentation are provided "as is." Until an agreement is executed, we make no warranties and accept no liability arising from use of this site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes to executed agreements are handled under those agreements, not this page.
