§ 02 · HOW SANDBOX KEYS ARE SECURED
Scoped & sandbox-only
A kx_test_ key reaches the sandbox and synthetic data only. It cannot see production matters.
Signed, not stored
A signed token we verify but never store. Shown exactly once at creation.
One-time reveal
Returned once in the response that creates it. Lost keys are replaced, not retrieved.
Rate-limited & revocable
Rate-limited and capped per organization. Contact Kinetic to revoke a disclosed or lost key.
